The Hire Talent Hiring Systems is looking for a passionate full-time Content Writer and Copywriter to help share our message. We help business leaders attract, evaluate and retain amazing people with our Hiring Software platform designed to make managing and executing the hiring process from beginning to end easier, faster and more effective.

We have been in business for over 30 years and while we have transformed over the years we are very much in a startup like mode launching this new platform in June of 2021.

We have a huge content library pieced together from work created by our founder, our current CEO and others as a jumping off point. We need someone to take these messages and transform them into Inc. or Forbes magazine quality level master pieces and to do the copywriting for all our website pages, marketing emails, sales copy, and social content.

We will ask you to complete a series of assessments and provide some references to speed up the hiring process. Once those are completed we will review your resume and portfolio and schedule 2 interviews and ultimately start on a paid trial assignment.

Here is a breakdown of the types of projects our Content Writer and Copywriter will be working on regularly

10,000 words of long and short form content created monthly for client engagement and SEO
Deep research to support high quality citations and to learn how to communicate our message
12-15 Marketing emails per month
14 Cold Sales Emails to achieve a 2% conversion to appointment
40 Social media posts to drive engagement through. Likes, shares, and page follower
Create and maintain a Content calendar 60 days out in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
Client Success and prospective client nurture sequences
Update website sales copy quarterly
Create sales copy for landing pages as needed and update to maximize conversions to booked appointments
Special projects as needed

Compensation for a talented Content Writer and Copywriter

$50-$60k annually plus bonuses based on company sales performance
