This is a remote position that will work from home (WFH). Must live in PST through CST time zones.

Our Client Success Associate is the go to guru on recruiting and hiring. They know all the tricks and can successfully guide our Business leader, Human Resource and Recruiter clients through implementation of best hiring practices using our completed Hiring Software System designed to make finding, assessing, selecting and managing A players possible. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience of Recruiting experience. With this base knowledge you will be able quickly use your skills to help our clients master recruiting and hiring. We are seeking experienced recruiters who are passionate about helping clients master the art of hiring. As a Client Success / Customer Support / Recruiter Support professional with The Hire Talent, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the implementation of best hiring practices using our completed Hiring Software System. You will provide coaching and educational support to our clients, empowering them to identify top performers, screen out poor fits, and ultimately streamline the process to onboard highly effective team members.


As a Client Success / Customer Support / Recruiter Support professional, you will be responsible for managing all assessment results reviews, conducting educational recruiting and hiring best practice webinars, and creating educational content with the assistance of our marketing team. You will also be responsible for growing revenue from our existing client base by 20% Year over year and achieving 95% client retention Year over year.


In addition to a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $70,000, we offer bonuses up to 50% of base salary for client retention and revenue growth, health, dental, and vision insurance with $0 out of pocket in most cases, a 3% Simple IRA dollar for dollar match, and 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time to start.

Core activities for our Client Success / Customer Support / Recruiter Support role include -


  • Calling 100 existing and past clients to make our free coaching services available
  • Manage all assessment results reviews, proactively reach out to clients to help they maximize the value they get from assessments
  • Meet weekly with new clients to help them implement the Hiring Software System
  • Conduct educational recruiting and hiring best practice webinars weekly
  • Create educational content 3 times a week with the assistance of marketing team
  • Grow revenue from existing client base by 20% Year over year
  • Achieve 95% client retention Year over year
  • Implement internal team personality testing consulting services with a minimum of 24 organizations in the first year.
  • Support the development of our client success operations
  • Assist with inbound new potential client inquiries as needed


Compensation for the Client Success / Customer Support / Recruiter Support role-


$60,000- $70,000 Base salary

Bonuses up to 50% of base salary for client retention and revenue growth
